Want to get outdoors, connect with other women, celebrate the seasons, and spend more time in Nature? On the Summer Solstice weekend, your hosts - Annette Poliwka and Erin Reese invite you to join a magical day-in-nature retreat for Bay Area women!

Together, from 9am to 2pm on Saturday, June 22, we will honor the Sun and the element of fire. We will alternate gentle hiking through Tilden Park, with several planned stops to gather. We will cultivate our passion and spirit to clear out the old and make way for what the creative summer season will bring: new life, love, abundance, and joy! We will renew our lives and our hearts with a guided hike, ritual, visualization and intentioning centered on celebrating the Summer Solstice!

We gather together as sisters, friends, healers, and leaders - women of all ages - combining ritual and connection with gentle hiking through beautiful Tilden Park in the East Bay Hills. During our easy walk in Mother Nature, we will pause at several points throughout the day, focusing on:

• Clearing and preparing
• Intentioning and journaling
• Sharing and connecting
• Meditation and silent hiking time
• Divination and the Tarot
• Gratitude and grounding with Mother Earth

ANNETTE POLIWKA is an environmentalist and adventurer who empowers women to get outdoors. She inspires women to challenge themselves, and to connect with their deeper selves. ERIN REESE is an author, artist, teacher, modern psychic, and spiritual counselor based in the SF Bay Area. An intrepid traveler, Erin has backpacked solo all across Asia and Europe. A lifelong outdoor enthusiast, today she can be found running trails in the East Bay Hills, exploring the beauty of California and the Southwest. Erin spent many years studying yoga, meditation, and non-dual philosophies in India, living in huts, jungles and ashrams in the most rudimentary conditions. She is deeply connected to Mother Earth, the Divine Feminine, and Kundalini energy. Erin works online with clients all over the world.
